Why do you use Cookies?

Will you sell or release my personal information?

  • Your name and address information is used solely to process sample orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than sample order fulfillment. In addition, all feedback provided to the manufacturers are completely anonymous. Sampletize is dedicated to protecting your privacy and we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy for more information.


Can I open more than one account?

  • To be able to have more samples available to all of our members, membership is currently limited to one membership per household and one shipping address per member.

Do you service International addresses?

  • Right now we only offer our sampling program to United States residents. We greatly appreciate your interest and hope you will join our program as soon as it becomes available in your area.

How do I unsubscribe?

  • Using your mobile phone - Send "stop," "end," "unsubscribe," "cancel" or "quit" to 87963 at any time and you'll be unsubscribed from Sampletize.
  • Using your web browser - Go to the Member Login, login and click the unsubscribe button.

What do I do if I forgot my password or member ID?

  • For your convenience, we have added a password retrieval system. Go to the Forgot Password page enter your e-mail address that you used when you opened your account and a new password will be sent to you within minutes.
  • If you no longer have the same e-mail address, or cannot remember which e-mail address you used, please Contact Us with your full name, mailing address and mobile telephone number for further assistance.


How do I order a sample?

  • To order sample from your mobile phone -
    • Look for the "TryMe" logo in stores and magazines, on TV, billboards, posters and more.
    • Send a text message to "TryMe" (87963) with the product code located on the advertisement.
    • The free sample is shipped to you within 5-7 weeks.

How long will it take my sample to arrive?

  • The delivery time of most samples will take 5-7 weeks. You can find a list of the samples ordered in your "Member Info" pages.

How many samples can I receive?

  • To have more samples available to all of our members, you may only sample a product once. Actual quantities are determined by the number of samples supplied by our customers and their targeting needs.

I didn't receive my sample.

  • If you have not received a sample within the time frame of 5-7 weeks, please Contact Us with a list of the specific samples you are missing.
  • Please note: We are unable to reship samples past 90 days from the order date.
